Protocol, application, and data are built together as one piece of work. The contracts, the backend, the frontend, and the indexers are held to one specification, and a decision made in one layer is tested against the rest before anything reaches the chain.
We write the protocol and we index it. The people modeling the data are the people who emitted it, so an event means the same thing in the contract and in the query.
DMOB works on two sides, and both draw on the same engineering practice.
Client work, for clients who own the outcome: protocols, products, and the data behind them.
We carry the delivery risk. The client carries the product.
Companies we co-found and build ourselves, in on-chain financial infrastructure.
We carry the delivery risk and the product risk.
Products we build in house, with a main focus on on-chain financial infrastructure.
Bilateral, intent-based lending infrastructure. Both sides sign their loan terms off-chain, and no capital moves until a matching counter-intent appears. A zero-knowledge proof verifies the match, then on-chain contracts settle the loan. Each loan carries its own collateral, oracle and thresholds, so one liquidation cannot reach another position. The lender receives a tradable note that redeems at maturity.
Crypto casino infrastructure. The casino, the bankroll behind it, and the proof that it is fair sit in one system. The bankroll runs through on-chain vaults, so liquidity, risk and payouts become programmable instead of manual. Zero-knowledge proofs publish proof of game, proof of payout and proof of liquidity, without exposing player data.
We build protocols and production applications from proof of concept to MVP to launch, then through later versions and support.
All three run on the same engagement model: a fixed-fee Phase 0, then a dedicated team that builds to it.

DMOB is a software engineering company. We research, design and build complete products, from the first architecture to launch: smart contracts, backends, web and mobile applications, data and infrastructure.
Our history starts at Consensys, where most of us worked across the company from Ethereum's first year. Our pedigree stems from our work there on MetaMask, data at Infura, uPort, Grid+, the Alethio analytics platform and the early days of Gnosis, including its token launch.
Through Consensys Enterprise, we worked on some of the first enterprise blockchain applications: track and trace for BHP Billiton, an energy exchange for BP, licensing management for GSK, consumer goods transparency for P&G and a nationwide remittance platform for UnionBank.
Afterwards, we co-founded and built BarnBridge, taking it from research and a whitepaper to a protocol that split DeFi yield and price exposure into senior and junior tranches; at its peak it held more than $450 million. We built collateral and liquidation monitoring for MakerDAO, the protocol behind the DAI stablecoin, market data pipelines for Kaiko, and tools for Protocol Labs/Filecoin.
DMOB was formed as a company to bring that experience to clients. Our recent client work includes the vault infrastructure behind TAU Labs' curated strategies, with more than $100 million deposited, Orange Standard's Bitcoin exchange on BitGo custody, DRE's stablecoin backed by real-world assets, Taler's multi-chain vault protocol and Threshold Network's tBTC v3 app. It also includes a facility management platform for office buildings and industrial sites.
Research and exploration sit alongside the client work. We study new infrastructure early, from verifying the energy data behind sustainable Bitcoin to institutional Bitcoin products on the Canton Network, and bring what we learn into the systems we design.
Our studio is where that exploration becomes product. With partners, we build new companies on the same DeFi infrastructure we ship for clients. Two are in development: Amish, lending infrastructure that matches lenders and borrowers on fixed terms across chains, and BetLayer, crypto casino infrastructure with its bankroll held in on-chain vaults.

Dragos is a product manager with eleven years in crypto. He started in full-stack development, worked on enterprise projects for BHP Billiton, BP and P&G during the Consensys years, and was part of the team that co-founded and built BarnBridge. At DMOB he leads product and client work. He is a co-founder of Amish and builds AI-assisted tooling for design and development.

Bogdan has eight years in DeFi and holds a master's in mathematics and data science. He was part of the team that co-founded and built BarnBridge, works closely with protocol teams across the ecosystem, and leads delivery on DMOB's DeFi work, from vault infrastructure to stablecoins. He is a co-founder of BetLayer.
